As an Integrative Counsellor (BACP), I offer a gentle, confidential space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.

Together, we use a blend of approaches—person-centred, relational, and practical tools—to support your emotional wellbeing.

  • Low mood and confidence
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Overthinking
  • Life transitions
  • Trauma and childhood experiences
  • Overall well-being
🌿What I offer
  • 1-to-1 counselling (online, in-person or phone)
  • A warm, non-judgemental space
  • A pace that works for you

If you’re considering counselling and want to see whether we’re a good fit, I offer a free, no-obligation consultation call.

About Me

I have started private practice and changed my 20-year career to counselling. I know how hard it is to come out of day-to-day expectations to where you feel run down, angry, upset, and generally not your true self.

I work with clients of all ages. Coming to counselling is a big step and is about you, and through our sessions we will manage your goals and review how the work is helping you.

Whatever your story, age, or background, you are welcome here. I work with a diverse range of clients and value the unique perspectives that different life experiences bring.

What to Expect in Your First Counselling Session

Peaceful water scene surrounded by trees, reflecting calm and emotional balance

We'll begin with two short questionnaires to help gain a clearer picture of where you are right now. The rest of the session is all about you.

Mountain lake landscape symbolising perspective, stability, and emotional support

Within our sessions we will work on areas that you want to change within your life, this can be through us talking with no judgement and if you feel ready to look at CBT approaches we can work on that at your own pace, there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for - this is your chance to be heard.

Sunlight shining through trees, symbolising hope, clarity, and emotional wellbeing

My role is to create an environment where you feel supported, listen and help you explore without judgement. I work online and face to face, so you can choose whichever makes you feel most comfortable.
