Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn?
You don’t have to go through it alone.
As an Integrative Counsellor (BACP), I offer a gentle, confidential space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.
Together, we use a blend of approaches — person-centred, relational, and practical tools—to support your emotional wellbeing.
As an Integrative, BACP Registered Counsellor, I work with you as an individual, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to meet your needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
You may come to counselling because you’re struggling with:
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting counselling. Sometimes you simply know that things don’t feel right and you’d like some support.
Together, we can explore what’s happening for you, understand your thoughts and feelings, recognise patterns and work towards positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
A safe space to be heard
Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk openly about what’s going on, without judgement or pressure. I offer a warm, confidential and supportive space where you can take time to understand what you’re experiencing and explore what you need. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low or simply know that something needs to change, you don’t have to work through it alone.
Your counselling, your pace
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you, your experiences and what you want from counselling.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach and no expectation that you have to know exactly what you need before we begin.
If you’re considering counselling but aren’t sure whether it’s right for you, you’re welcome to book a free, no-obligation consultation call. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what’s bringing you to counselling and see whether we feel like a good fit.
Taking that first step towards counselling can feel daunting. You might not
even know exactly what you need help with — you may simply know that things
don’t feel quite right at the moment.
I understand how easy it can be to get caught up in the expectations of everyday life and gradually lose sight of yourself. After spending 20 years in a corporate career, I reached a point where I knew I needed a change. I took the step to train as a counsellor and build a career that felt truly aligned with who I am.
My role isn’t to judge you, tell you what to do or give you all the answers.
Instead, I offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, talk openly and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Together, we can explore what is happening for you, understand your thoughts and feelings, recognise patterns and work towards the changes that feel right for you.
You set the pace. You choose what you bring to our sessions. And we regularly check in to make sure counselling is helping you move towards what you want from it.
You are welcome here.
Whatever has brought you to counselling, whatever your age or background, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with a diverse range of clients and believe that no two people — or their experiences — are the same. My approach is integrative, allowing me to draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work around you as an individual, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of working.
If you’re wondering whether counselling could help, you don’t need to have the answer before you get in touch.
Sometimes, starting the conversation is enough.
I’m fully insured and ICO registered, and I’m a BACP Accredited Registered Member.

We'll begin with two short questionnaires to help gain a clearer picture of where you are right now. The rest of the session is all about you.

Within our sessions we will work on areas that you want to change within your life, this can be through us talking with no judgement and if you feel ready to look at CBT approaches we can work on that at your own pace, there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for - this is your chance to be heard.

My role is to create an environment where you feel supported, listen and help you explore without judgement. I work online and face to face, so you can choose whichever makes you feel most comfortable.

I offer confidential 1-to-1 counselling tailored to your individual needs, available online, by telephone, or in person.
My counselling room is based at Hollins Green Community Centre, WA3 6JZ, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our sessions.
The venue offers:
Whether you prefer the convenience of online or telephone counselling, or the connection of meeting face-to-face, I offer flexible appointments to suit your needs.
Should you wish to cancel I do require 48 hours notice. There is a £20
charge for sessions cancelled less than 48 hours. There is a full session
charge for no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange a free consultation. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
You can also call me on 07376234563 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging ongoing sessions.
All enquiries are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
